Q: Is Jack sick because he's living in two realities like Desmond was earlier this season? Somebody help me with some theories on what's shakin' out on the island righ tnow.

No, Jack is not sick because of the whole dual existance thing, his appendix is toast. Which raises the next question...why? With a grip of people who were sick prior to island who are now better because of the island. So why Jack, and why Ben w/ cancer, and why pregnant women???
And how do you battle a black cloud that kills people with guns and survive?

I'm lost with you Shawn
All I know is the newly introduced helicoptor pilot was flying behind me on my recent flight from Las Vegas. He was even wearing a Hawaiin style shirt and wouldn't stop giving me his giant eye. Additionally, on the way to Ontario, the guy who sat next to me thought I was odd when I asked him if he paid better attention to his flight-mates now that he my have to survive on an island with them. He couldnt help himself and we chose teams and who we thought would be goners after one week. I assured him I could shoot a gun to protect us all from the others and we found a biker lady with a chest tatoo we would recruit as security. In the end he pointed out he was a little disappointed when he remembered there are no islands between Reno and Ontario.
I love lost. It makes me smile. I don't know about why some get sick & some don't & why the pregnant chick thing. The better question is what is going on between Ben & Widmore (sp?) Some kind of game with access to mulitiple dimensions? Time travel? 72 virgins?
i've never watched. and i need another hour in front of the tv each week like i need a hole in the head.
though i've heard a hole in the head can actually help you stop worrying about a lot of things . . . or really anything for that matter.
I've never watched. Maybe this next winter I will queue it up on the netflix.
